At LinenLike Towels, we want our customers to feel confident about their purchases. Please review our Order Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead.

8. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
